Instructions and manuals
Help customers get started, find full instructions, or follow a tutorial. This template prepares three optional links. Add each address after you publish the guide on your own website.
What changes when you choose it?
The topics below appear in your product dashboard, ready for links. Empty topics do not send visitors anywhere. Your required product page still opens by default until you choose another configured page. Adding or changing a link does not require you to relabel products already shipped.
The three optional links
Your website hosts the guides. CodePersist stores their web addresses and can offer several links for a topic, such as guides in different languages.
How to use it
Link to full usage or assembly instructions. A product manual can use this topic too.

After you create the product
Open it in the dashboard to add the guides you have published. You can leave any topic empty. If you also select Food and drink, the shared How to use it topic is added only once.
Technical detail
This template uses the GS1 link types gs1:instructions, gs1:quickStartGuide, and gs1:tutorial. A compatible app can request one of these types from the resolver. The linked material remains on your website or chosen video host.
