Manage your products

Find a product, understand its status, and decide when customers can scan it.

Your workspace

  • Your organisation is the workspace that holds your products and plan.
  • Use Products to create or open a product. Use Analytics to review scans.
  • Use Plan & billing to check your allowance or change plans. Custom domains lets you use your own web address for QR codes.

Find and select products

  • Use search to narrow the list. Open a product to edit its links, QR settings or history.
  • Use the column controls to choose which details appear in the list.
  • Select products before using a selected-products action. Check the selection count before continuing.
  • For many products, use the Excel import and export guide below.

What does the status mean?

Unpublished

The latest saved version is not live. An earlier published version may still be available.

Your next step: Review your changes, then publish.

Publishing

The saved version is being made available for scans.

Your next step: Wait, then check the status again.

Published

The current saved version is live.

Your next step: Test a scan before printing.

Publication failed

The latest publishing attempt did not finish successfully.

Your next step: Check publication activity and retry. Test the scan before relying on it.

Disabling

CodePersist is removing the product from scanning.

Your next step: Wait and refresh the status.

Disabled

Scans no longer open this product’s links. You can still edit it.

Your next step: Re-enable and publish when you want it live again.

Removal failed

Removal did not finish. Old links may still be reachable.

Your next step: Retry removal and check the status.

Pause a product, then bring it back

Disabling keeps the product in your workspace. It stops scans once removal finishes. If the product has an attached custom domain, both its original and custom URLs stop. Re-enabling needs an available product slot and an active custom domain on an eligible plan, when one is attached. Publish after enabling to restore scans.

Returning a disabled product to use
  1. Re-enable

Wait until removal is complete, then re-enable the product.

  2. Review and publish

Check the saved links and publish the version you want customers to see.

  3. Test a scan

Confirm the expected page opens before using the code again.

Permanently delete a product

  • Disable the product first and wait for removal to finish.
  • Read the deletion review carefully before confirming. Deletion cannot be undone.
  • Printed codes for the deleted product will no longer lead to its links. Keep the product disabled instead if you may need it later.
