Plans and billing, step by step
See what your plan includes, review a change before confirming it, and understand what happens to your products.
Check your plan and usage
- Open Plan & billing to see your current plan and allowances.
- An enabled product uses a product slot even before you publish it. Disabled products remain in your workspace and have a separate storage allowance.
- Your plan also determines custom-domain availability, analytics features and how much scan history is available.
- Scans are Unlimited*, subject to reasonable use. Check the pricing page for current plans and prices.
- A product with both a CodePersist URL and an attached custom URL still uses just one product slot.
Move to a larger plan
- Choose a plan and review the price and billing details shown in the app.
- Complete checkout when requested. Do not assume the plan has changed just because you opened checkout.
- Return to Plan & billing and confirm the new plan is active before relying on its extra capacity.
Move to a smaller plan or cancel
Read the review screen for the effective date and the products or domains affected. A scheduled change is not an immediate change.
- Review now
Check the new product and domain allowances and the date the change will take effect.
- Until the shown date
Your current plan remains in place while the change is scheduled.
- When it takes effect
The new allowance applies. Check affected products and test important codes.
- Products outside the new allowance may be disabled. Disabling is not deletion.
- If the new plan does not include a custom domain, review the domain warning carefully. Printed codes keep their original web address.
- Codes printed with a custom domain need that domain to keep working. Editing a destination link does not replace the web address printed in the code.
- Review any pending change shown in the app before starting another one.
- Returning to a paid plan does not automatically re-enable products, restore removed domains or republish links.
- Removing an attached custom domain disables the whole product: both the custom URL and the original CodePersist URL stop working. To recover, reconnect the same hostname on an eligible plan, enable the product and publish.
If a payment needs attention
- Read the billing notice and follow its payment or recovery action.
- After updating payment details or completing checkout, return to the app and check the plan status.
- If an error remains, keep its activity ID when asking for help. Never send card details in a support message.
